"Pieces of Eight" is the companion book of "Pieces of Eight, Part II", which also has eight novellas. Jay Dubya has written two young adult fantasy novels, "Enchanta" and "Pot of Gold." "A Day to Forget" concerns itself with psychological drama, "Death and Taxes" is a horror-oriented drama, and "July 4th, 2076" is a futuristic sci/fi/adventure/drama. "Dual Events" takes place in Bermuda, where the author and his wife have vacationed.
