This documentary is impacted with trials, but ends with triumphs. It will encourage and inspire those who are, or have experienced this trauma. In 1994, Brenda Farrar-Ejemai wrote her first piece of literature, a poem, entitled: 'Experience'. Two years later, in 1996, her children's book: Roast Beef and Gravy and Black Tongue was written. In 1998, both Poetry From The Heart and a motivational series )The Goal, Worry, and Fear) were published. The documentary: The Family In The Car, A Revelation (written in 2004) is her fourth book. Ms. Farrar-Ejemai is an educator and conference speaker. She is a contributing editor for BrooWaha Newspaper, located in New York, London and Paris. She is also the Director of Training for the United Black Writers Association. She was born and raised in New York City. There she attended elementary, junior/high school, and college. After attending the City University of New York, she graduated Magna Cum Laude, with degrees in education/sociology. Favor Blooms, LLC a company started in 1994 by Brenda Farrar-Ejemai, was birthed out of the need to produce work that was not only significant, but timely.
