Dave is a Physical Skills Instructor-Trainer, SWAT Officer and Commander, SWAT Trainer and Police Use of Force Expert Witness. Sgt. Rocky Warren recently retired after twenty eight years of service in the military and police arena. Rocky is a Physical Skills Instructor, former SWAT Officer and Police Use of Force Expert Witness. Rocky holds two Bronze Medals of Valor for police service. Rocky Warren and Dave Rose have also co-authored numerous training and tactical articles for major law enforcement trade magazines.
