Don Clair has recently completed a 29 year career with the Department of Justice. During his tenure his specialties included Counselor, Case Manager, Drug Treatment Specialist and Crisis / Hostage Negotiator. Over the past two decades, Don has also designed and delivered cognitive behavior coaching programs for individuals and corporations. He has a long career of successfully working with accessing methods for establishing positive relationships and helping his clients achieve their visions. For the past 10 years, Don has also worked with Robbins Research International as a Trainer at Anthony Robbins seminars. Currently, Don is expanding his program to include cognitive programs for teens and programs for correctional facilities. He speaks regularly for groups such as Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Agency, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (Glenco, GA), The Anthony Robbins Foundation Discovery Camp for Young Leaders, Chamber of Commerce (Vernon British Columbia, Canada), Chamber of Commerce (Greenville, IL), Mary Kay Cosmetics, Aurora High School, Harborview Medical Center (Seattle WA), and the Rural Letter Carriers? Union. The technology that Don provides gives individuals and organizations the tools they need to create solutions and take control of their own destiny. Don did his undergraduate and graduate work at Drury College in Springfield, Missouri. He has 6 adult children and is currently living in Waterloo, IL with his wife, Jane.
