The author -Inder Dan Ratnu - belongs to what is considered a bard community called CHARAN of Rajasthan State of theNorth-Western India . Rajasthan having Jaipur , Udaipur , Jodhpur,Bikaner andJaisalmer cities is famous for its mighty forts , sprawling palaces ,beautiful mansions,the history full of love stories/ chivalry/poetry,colourful dresses and melodious music .Ratnu is a farmer ,bank officer ,poet,writer,singer,musician,drawing artist , cartoonist and a man of many scientific ideas including a one appreciated by late Prime Ministers -Mr.Morarji Desai and Mrs.Indira Gandhi .Ratnu has served as an Additional Private Secretary to a Union Minister in the cabinet of late Rajiv Gandhi . He has also been reciting Winston Churchill's war speeches as an item of entertainment for the people since 1974 . He had earlier written another book about Churchill winning the appreciation of all the five living American Presidents ,President of France and four former British PMs. Ratnu although currently resides at Jaipur- the Pink City of India yet he is in fact a domicile of a village near POKARAN where India carried out her nuclear explosions.This is situated in the district of Jaisalmer- a city housing the world famous golden fort .In 1997 after 23 years of service as Bank Officer he resigned to devote his remaining life for the memory of Winston Churchill who he claims defended the world cause of FREEDOM &DEMOCRACY at a very critical time in the history of mankind. Meanwhile he noticed with interest the gears of the values defended by Churchill -FREEDOM & DEMOCRACY - being fully engaged in the rise and the possible fall of President Clinton through impeachment process . Being an admirer of Clinton in order to SAVE his Presidency Ratnu ignited his own engines of freedom and the outcome was his book-ULTIMATE DEFENCE AGAINST IMPEACHMENT .
