| About
the Author: |
Big John is not a professional writer and he has never written any books, cookbooks, stories, articles, epistles, on anything 'cept "Chili," and he doesn't plan to. He is passionate about chili - has been since he was a small boy. He doesn't give much thought to mak'n or eat'n other dishes, although he can get catawampous about hot peppers, and salsas. He does not live in any exotic place with a temperate climate - never has. He has toughed it out on the plains of the Midwest all his life. He and his wife have growed up children, but they don't have dogs or cuss'd cats liv'n wiwth them. Outside of knowing everything there is to know about chili he is pretty darned ordinary.
