the Author: |
Paul R. Gill graduated from the University of Tennessee. He has over 17 years's experience in fine dining, having worked in San Francisco's world class restaurant industry as manager, maitre d', waiter, caterer, and even bartender. His fine dining experience and foreign language exposure make him ideal in explaining wines, foreign expressions, and food concepts. Paul has taken culinary tours of Paris and northern Italy. He has trained staff and is currently teaching seminars about the hospitality industry.
