the Author: |
Robert E. Stiles is a freelance writer. He formerly served as an Engineering Editor for the Southwest’s largest technical publishing and printing house, with over sixty published technical articles. Published in a sports magazine and newspapers, written five books with one published. During the past fifty years, he worked as a commercial pilot, pipeline contractor, technical magazine engineering editor and pipeline construction consultant. Attended San Jacinto College and the University of Houston, taking classes in journalism and technical writing. Completed four journalism school courses by correspondence. A member of the Bay Area Writers League.
