| About
Our Book: |
| Kelsey is a fast-paced, science-fiction, fantasy adventure about a twelve-year old female transforming into a new alien species. The story begins with Kelsey waking up and preparing for school. Once when she steps into the shower, she realizes white fur is growing on her shoulders. From that moment on, Kelsey continues to experience a number of physical changes, while running away from an army of taganauts sent by her evil grandfather Jakot. Fortunately, Kelsey receives help from a rabbizillion named, "Zeloph." Zeloph is willing to risk his life to help Kelsey, but it's not because he likes her. He needs Kelsey to rescue his mistress, Ariah, who has been captured by Jakot. Jakot intends on using her to find Kelsey, since Ariah is Kelsey's real mother. Kelsey must run or hide to avoid the freeze ray from Jakot's weapon. After all, who wants to become a frozen popsicle? This story is fast-paced and will keep the reader guessing as to what might happen next. Will Kelsey be able to complete her transformation in time? Read the book and find out. |

Mrs. Oberne would like to thank Colleen Thomas, a fine arts graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University who drew the inside illustrations. She enjoys cooking, crafts, and nature.
